Meet the Team
A Friendly Team That Cares
In order to provide the highest level of service, we have selected a team that is not only competent, but unusually warm and friendly. People like this are not easy to find. We are very fortunate to have built such a quality team. You’ll notice the difference on your first visit!

Regina has been working with Perledent Dental Care since 2005, giving her the opportunity to build strong connections with the patients here. She continuously strives to streamline the process of scheduling and treatment planning and guides patients through their dental treatment. She has obtained her dental assisting certifications and has additional training in dental implants. In her spare time, she enjoys watching movies and spending time with her family and friends.
With over three years with Perledent Dental Care and 12 years in the dental field, Tanya enjoys greeting our patients and building close, lasting relationships with them, and their families. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her kids and family.
Nikki received her dental hygiene education at Pacific University. She is compassionate with her patients and their needs. She loves learning about and talking with her patients. Nikki grew up with no dental care, so she understands how empowering it is to take control of your oral health. When she’s not at work, she’s an avid gym enthusiast and loves watching football (Go Raiders).
Grace uses her skills as a dental hygienist to educate her patients and promote oral health within the community. She is licensed as a dental hygienist in multiple states and decided to join the Perledent team in the summer of 2023. Outside of work, Grace enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family/friends.
Melissa received her Expanded Function Dental Assistant degree from Cambridge Tech of Beaverton and has been with Perledent since 2014. She lives with her boyfriend and three cats: Tinker, Jett, and Cinder. She is a huge Blazers fan, and in her free time, she enjoys camping and going to the beach.
Cynthia recently started working at Perledent Dental Care and has been in the dental field for about two years. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, listening to music, and drawing. Cynthia also grew up translating. She understands language barriers and strives to have great communication with patients. She’s excited to keep learning and expanding her knowledge.
